Nose Re-Surgery

Everyone who had autologous costal cartilage removed, how was it?

I’m someone who got surgery with autologous costal cartilage without really knowing much, and now I’m suffering My primary surgery healed so easily that I think I took it too lightly without looking into it properly. The autologous costal cartilage makes my nose feel so heavy, there’s a foreign-body sensation, my columella is thick, and I seriously regret it so, so much.... On top of that, the design ended up re~~~~ally high It’s honestly a nose I’m embarrassed and ashamed to go anywhere with Seriously, I don’t think even any Pinocchio nose could be more excessive than mine I honestly wonder how a nose can even exist at this height, and I think it’s higher than a Western nose. My original nose was really low, so I’m worried about total removal too, and people say removing autologous costal cartilage can make the nose collapse. If I remove the autologous costal cartilage and have revision surgery using nasal cartilage, could it still collapse? If anyone has had autologous costal cartilage and then total removal, or had the autologous costal cartilage removed and revision surgery with nasal cartilage, or if neither worked and you had revision surgery again with autologous costal cartilage, please lend me your experience. Every single day is so painful
