Nose Surgery Reviews

Leaving a one-month review of my rhinoplasty with the amazing Director Jung-taek

Hello! I’m leaving a review now that it’s been 1 month since I had rhinoplasty at Rise Plastic Surgery 😊 I had alar reduction, nasal tip cartilage suturing, nasal tip elevation with ear cartilage grafting, and hump removal! Originally, my nose had a high bridge, but there was a hump, and the nasal tip was a bit droopy. Also, from the front, my nose looked somewhat large! I wanted to refine the bridge overall and make the nasal tip a little more defined, so I had a consultation at Rise Plastic Surgery, and Director Lim Jung-taek naturally designed it to suit my face. I told him I didn’t want it to look overly obvious, and I’m satisfied because the line came out exactly the way I wanted. I think the surgery took about an hour, and it ended faster than I expected. The pain was just slight discomfort when the anesthesia wore off, and it was tolerable. I didn’t feel like it was very difficult. 😊 😊 I also took photos right after surgery; since I had several things done at once, I had some bruising, and there was a little bleeding as shown in the photos, but I removed it right after going home. They didn’t put any separate cotton or anything like that inside my nose, so breathing was okay too. The swelling and bruising lasted about 2 weeks, but I could go about daily life, and they went down naturally over time. Especially at first, the nasal tip felt a bit hard and looked high because of the swelling, but after about a month, it feels much more settled. Now I think only slight residual swelling remains at the nasal tip, and the incision line from the alar reduction has also faded a lot compared to the beginning!! More than anything, people around me often say, “Something about you got prettier, but it looks natural,” so I’m even more satisfied. It doesn’t feel like an obvious change; it feels like it changed in a way that suits me, as if it had originally been my nose 😊 It probably isn’t the completely final line yet, but based on the one-month mark, I’m satisfied enough, and I’m looking forward to seeing it settle even more!!
