Since it physically lifts things, there is definitely a change, like the nasal tip going up or the nasal bridge forming. But I think you really need to get lucky with the director... Once, a thread protruded inside my nose and caused inflammation. But if you just want your nose to change a little at a cheap price, I think it’s okay to do it. Oh, and the consultant subtly recommends that it would be good to do areas other than the nose there too.
