It’s not like I had no nasal bridge at all, but my nasal tip was low too, so I had surgery without an implant at Dalbi Plastic Surgery. It’s been about two months now, so the major swelling has gone down. I wanted to add some height, and I wanted to have surgery using a stable material, so I used autologous costal cartilage. It definitely seems to have come out nicely defined. Even taking the swelling into account, it doesn’t have that blunt, round feel characteristic of a bulbous nose, and I think it improved well into a slimmer shape.. Also, they didn’t put cotton inside my nose, so it was nice that I could breathe through my nose while recovering They say that part is the hardest, but for me it was manageable.
