I had my first surgery 10 years ago and a revision 5 years ago, and this was my third surgery. My nasal tip felt like it had become much shorter and even looked upturned, so this time I really wanted to fix it properly. I also wanted the height to be higher than it was.
I raised the nasal bridge with silicone, used ear cartilage for the nasal tip, and also had my contracted nose and deviated nose corrected at the same time.
It has been a little over a month since surgery, and a lot of the swelling has gone down. The upturned nasal tip has definitely improved, and the short-looking appearance has gotten much better too. The height is much higher than before, exactly what I wanted. The contracted nose correction seems to have been effective, and the deviated nose has also been straightened out, so it looks symmetrical from the front.
It feels stable and the line is pretty, so I think it will maintain well going forward. People considering revision surgery should research carefully before doing it. I also thought about it carefully this time and had surgery at Luho, and I’m satisfied.
