Of course, I didn’t pay for it lol He said he’d always had a complex because his nose looked kind of bulbous So I put in some sincere effort, went around researching and visiting hospitals said to be good at noses, and got him all the way to surgery. It’s been a little over a week now, and he even got his splint removed. Until he still had the cotton packing in, he was making such a fuss, asking why it hurt so much and why it was so hard, but now he’s just all smiles lol; lol Even to me, it did turn out pretty well. Maybe it’s just his constitution, but he seems to have less swelling than expected. From the nasal bridge to the nasal tip, they didn’t use any implant. The bridge was done with diced autologous costal cartilage, and the tip with autologous costal cartilage and septal cartilage, using only his own cartilage, so maybe that’s why the line looks much more natural. Anyway, I think I did a pretty good job looking into it for him, so I’m secretly posting a review lol
