I'm looking into complete removal surgery for the nasal bridge and nasal tip. Does anyone know how many days you have to keep the nasal packing and splint on? I'm also curious about the cost, and how far out appointments are usually booked. Do you need to book at least about two months before the month you want? And if I want the nasal tip removed properly too, I think it would need to be open surgery. Open approach would be better, right?
