I had always been bothered by my hooked nose and low nasal tip, because when I smiled, the tip of my nose would droop and look like an arrow nose, so I started considering rhinoplasty,, I wanted this to be my first and last surgery, so I really looked for a hospital with a highly skilled doctor. I found out about a plastic surgery clinic through an acquaintance’s recommendation, and I heard it was well known for revision surgery, so I thought they would probably do an even safer and better job with a first surgery, and I went in for a consultation! During the consultation, the consultant explained everything very kindly, so I was able to have the consultation in a comfortable atmosphere, and I also liked that the doctor honestly told me what was possible and what would be difficult! I had the nasal tip surgery done with autologous costal cartilage without an implant, and rather than a nose that looked too obvious, I wanted the overall nasal line to look naturally refined and the nasal tip to have a round, soft feeling. I’m satisfied because I think they operated well in the style I wanted!! The nose line has become smoother, and it has been about a month now, so I think it will look even more natural once more of the swelling goes down~
