Nose Surgery Reviews

Does my nose look crooked to you too?

I live outside Seoul, and I couldn’t bring myself to travel far, so I looked for places within an hour I thought Busan was a fairly big city, so after consultations at a few plastic surgery clinics in Busan and Seomyeon, I had surgery in Seomyeon because the hospital was large and they said the director had a lot, a lot of experience. Actually, after seeing precedent cases at several hospitals in Seoul where uneven nostrils were corrected by lowering the nostril rim, I wanted nostril rim lowering. But because of an error during the consultation, I ended up getting septal extension instead (I didn’t do the nasal bridge. I originally had a short, upturned nose). The problem is! To my eyes, when I touch the extension area inside my nose, it feels worryingly crooked, and even from the outside, my nasal bridge looks much more asymmetrical and crooked than before, and it feels like the unevenness of my nostril wings has gotten worse too. (Even before, my nasal bridge was slightly crooked in a way that wasn’t very noticeable, and my nostrils were asymmetrical. The nostril-wing asymmetry was only noticeable to me.) The director who did the surgery says the surgery went well, and that it’s because my original nose was crooked.. They say it will be solved if I just get permanent filler on the left side of my nasal dorsum. Even when I said it felt like my nostril wings and nostrils had rotated, they said filling the nasal dorsum with filler would solve it. Could that really be true? The consultant said that the inside of their own nose is probably worse than mine. That everyone lives like that. And that if I just fill the outside a bit with filler... so I’m wondering if this is really right.
