Successful Revision Eye Surgery Review (Incision / Upper Eyelid Fat Repositioning / Semi-Out Line)

Surgery info) First surgery – 15 years ago, incisional double eyelid surgery with an outline Revision surgery – 2 years ago, lowered the line to an incisional in-out line and improved the scar Second revision surgery – had the line redone as a semi-out line with an incision at a clinic, with upper eyelid fat repositioning added When I first decided to get double eyelid surgery, I had ordinary monolid eyes, but I really wanted my eyes to look bigger, so I ended up getting double eyelid surgery at a hospital I found out about through a friend. It was a local clinic.. Thinking about it now, the director was also quite old.. Maybe because I had surgery without even thinking about aesthetics? It didn’t turn into the clear, big eyes I wanted, but instead the eye surgery looked burdensome I was stressed, so I had revision surgery again 2 years ago. At that time, I went after seeing reviews on an app, and at first the director suggested improving the scar from my first surgery while lowering the line to an in-out line, so I thought, oh, maybe I found a good clinic this time… Yeah, no. It was only good at talking, and as you can see in the photos, the line was so messy, and my eyes became ambiguous, neither in-out nor semi-out. They were uneven itself, so they didn’t look pretty even with makeup, and thinking this was really the last time, I got a second revision surgery. Since I already knew that good consultation alone wasn’t everything, I looked into reviews / consultation / aftercare / the director’s style all together. The reason I ended up having surgery with Director Kim Tae Hoon was that after my revision surgery, my double eyelid line had become 8 mm, and he told me that because the distance between my eyes and eyebrows is somewhat wide, it would be better to set a thin semi-out line rather than make it an in-out line again. A big factor was also that he said in detail that he would set it at 10 mm for the surgery. And upper eyelid fat repositioning was something I hadn’t even thought of, but he said doing it together would prevent overlapping folds later and make the line clean, so I had the surgery. If I had to say what was different from the hospitals I had been to before..... I think the clinic’s system was the biggest thing ^______^ In the past, after double eyelid surgery, they just gave me an ice pack. That was it. But here, I found it interesting that they provide unlimited swelling care for a month, and the director who performed my surgery personally checked my progress. I’ve heard that in some places, the director doesn’t check and only a nurse or another new director? handles the treatment, but I feel like a place where the operating director personally does it is a place that takes responsibility until the end. After the second revision surgery, people around me said my image changed completely.. So many people praised me, saying I finally found my eyes ^_____^ Even though these are eyes that have had double eyelid surgery three times, they don’t look overdone at all in person, and when a coworker saw that I had double eyelid surgery and said she wanted to do it too, I even introduced her. You know how if you really don’t like something, you can’t casually recommend it to people around you....?? Lastly, if there’s anyone here who had double eyelid surgery too young and really doesn’t like it now but is just living with it, I recommend visiting clinics and looking into options before it gets any later Even changing only the eyes really makes the whole face look different... My self-satisfaction is amazing, and makeup has become fun.... Before, I went everywhere without much effort, but now I enjoy taking care of myself, so my self-esteem has gone up a lot. I really hope everyone can live with high satisfaction after cosmetic surgery too
