For my first double-eyelid surgery, I strongly, strongly, strongly, strongly emphasized that I wanted it to look natural, but it ended up beyond natural, like basically nothing changed at all. I was so disappointed, and instead of dealing with aftercare or whatever, I got revision surgery somewhere else This time, I wanted a change, so I even got ptosis correction + front, rear, and lower canthoplasty. Considering I had three areas opened up, I don’t think it looks excessive at all. And the change from the ptosis correction seems huge......? I should’ve done it during my first surgery... Canthoplasty is a matter of personal preference, so choose for yourself. When I said I was getting revision surgery, everyone around me didn’t understand, but now that I see the result, I really think it’s true that I know my own eyes best.
