I'm having such a hard time because I developed contracture, so I just want to remove everything, the nasal tip and the bridge, and live comfortably. Other places keep saying the tip absolutely has to be left in, the support strut has to be left in, but after reading reviews about Sㅇ, it seems many people go there with the goal of full removal, and even contracted noses like the one below had full removal plus cartilage repositioning and were lowered to some extent, so I'm considering it. Please give me some information, even in a private comment
