Has anyone here had a septal extension graft removed? I heard it lowers the columella, so I just thought that was how it was and had the surgery without looking into it properly. Why did I really do that… I didn’t know it would be a surgery that harvests a lot of septal cartilage If anyone has had it removed, please let me know. I’m also curious how much of the L-strut support was left in those who had septal cartilage used……
