It’s been about a week since I had non-open rhinoplasty without an implant!! Honestly, even before surgery, my nose wasn’t bad, but whenever I took photos, my nose looked especially blunt, like a bulbous nose, and I didn’t like how the hump looked prominent from the side But rhinoplasty also scared me,, so after really thinking about it a lot, I worked hard visiting clinics and had surgery at a hospital that is good at the non-open method!! I had the hump shaved down, the cartilage tied, and only a dermal graft without silicone. Since I didn’t use silicone, and there weren’t many surgical procedures, from certain angles a little bit of the hump is still there, but unless you look very closely, the hump doesn’t stand out, so I’m very satisfied. I’m an office worker, so I went with the non-open method because the swelling goes down quickly, and as you can see in the photos, even on day 7, only the nasal tip is slightly swollen?? It was really nice that I could return to daily life so quickly haha Once the nasal tip swelling all goes down, I think it will look even slimmer from the front, so I’m looking forward to it haha
