Because of inflammation, I had the nose revision done twice at another hospital and was not satisfied, so I got a fourth revision. Correcting the nose shape was also part of the goal, but because I was still suffering from inflammation, I did not want an implant. If possible, I wanted to do it without any implant. The doctor explained he would support the structure with four layers of autologous costal cartilage, giving stable fixation and not making it overcorrected, so I trusted him and took the 4th revision. I was honestly very worried because I had too many failed experiences, but because it was a private clinic, Dr. Byeon also handled postoperative care, which calmed me down a lot emotionally. Also, because I could recover without cotton in my nose, I was able to live more comfortably. After around one month, if I follow the precautions carefully and keep managing consistently, it seems to be settling in the way I wanted, so I am feeling more relieved now.
