This was the last hospital I went to for a breast consultation, and I definitely felt it was different from other places. Both the director and the consultant explained the surgical process, method, care, etc. with a PPT, so it felt somehow professional, and they answered most of the questions I had written on my question list before I even asked, which was really good. The wait was overwhelmingly longer than other places (30-40 minutes total), but it was okay because I had suddenly moved the consultation time up by 1 hour. Other reviews said they recommend booking on the same day, but I didn’t have anything like that. If you’re going around for consultations, I highly recommend putting it on your list and going for a consultation.
