Second Consultation Review

I went to my second consultation at a removal clinic. First of all, unlike the first clinic I consulted with, this one felt somewhat more positive. At the first clinic, they talked more in the direction of revision surgery with a support strut, saying my nose could become upturned or flat. Here, when I asked whether I would need a support strut, they actually said there was no need for that. They said removal is possible with a closed approach and that the surgery would take about an hour. Also, I definitely thought I had straight silicone inserted all the way to the nasal tip, so I was surprised when they said it might be L-shaped silicone, but they said it was a bit unclear..! They said it is certain that the skin on my nasal bridge and nasal tip has become very thin, and that the silicone show-through on the bridge is clearly visible. So they did recommend removal. Since my nose is on the smaller side, they said even after removal it probably would not look extremely noticeable, and after looking at photos of my original nose, they said it would end up with just that kind of look. Of course, the bridge will naturally become lower by the amount of silicone removed. Since it is old silicone, they said they would also remove some of the capsule to a certain extent and reposition the cartilage. They spoke as if issues like upturning or a step-off basically do not apply in my case. They said I should plan for about 5 days of treatment, and there probably will not be much swelling, but since my skin is fair, I may get some bruising. I found out my skin has become very thin, and it feels like I can palpate the hard silicone right at the nasal tip, so I am scared it might break through. I want to get it removed as soon as possible, but I am pregnant, so I cannot have it removed right away.. I am trying not to worry about it, but since my nose has had silicone in it for about 11 years, I am scared that a complication might suddenly happen before I give birth Honestly, the atmosphere was so different from the first clinic, and this one definitely felt more positive, so if things really go according to what they said in the consultation, that would be great and I would feel sure about doing it here. But the consultation details from the two clinics are so different that I am still conflicted. The clinic I went to this time uses ultrasound, so please share any related information, everyone here!
