Review of Nose Surgery Using Autologous Costal Cartilage

I finally had my splint removed 1 week after nose surgery + lower canthoplasty! I was stressed about my hump nose, wide and spread-out bulbous nose, and nasal tip that drooped when I smiled, but with implant-free autologous costal cartilage, I got exactly the smooth straight-to-slightly-curved line I wanted. Now that the bulbous nose and hump are gone, my face looks so much more three-dimensional! Since it was autologous costal cartilage, I was worried about pain, but it was more manageable than I expected. I’m also touched because the director balanced out my asymmetric nostril wings and outer eye corners perfectly. It doesn’t look forcibly raised; it feels like my original nose, just a much prettier version. Thanks to the nasolabial angle correction, my side profile looks amazing too, and the drooping nasal tip has definitely been corrected. I still have a little swelling and bruising, but breathing is comfortable and I’m very satisfied. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to become prettier naturally!
