I originally lived with nasal congestion because of a deviated septum and rhinitis, but it didn’t get better as time went on, so I started thinking about functional rhinoplasty. Function was an issue, but I also didn’t like my wide, short nose, so I eventually decided on functional cosmetic rhinoplasty lol After a consultation with Director Lee Sung-hoon at an ENT clinic, I went ahead and had the surgery. I got nose filler about 2 years ago, but I didn’t see much effect and it didn’t last well, so I ended up coming all the way to surgery. He listened carefully to all sorts of things, and there was no overtreatment, so I was able to consult without pressure. For me, a custom implant was used for the nasal bridge, septal cartilage was used for the nasal tip, and I also had hump osteotomy! Maybe because a custom implant was used, there’s definitely no lifting, and I like that it feels like it fits snugly onto my nose lol The line came out well in the feeling I wanted. I was worried because my nasal tip was low, but I think he raised it naturally. My nasal congestion also seems improved compared to before, and breathing is comfortable, so I’m happy with it. I also received my indemnity insurance reimbursement well, and these days I’m really feeling why that clinic is famous for functional cosmetic rhinoplasty lol
