I had already had nose surgery twice, but my complex still wasn’t improved. The starting point of my nasal bridge was too high, and overall, my nasal bridge and especially my nasal tip still felt unimproved, and even the implant was moving, so I had the implant removed... But my nasal congestion also got worse, so since I was going to do it anyway, I looked into functional cosmetic rhinoplasty. While looking for hospitals, I was recommended a hospital for functional cosmetic rhinoplasty, so I ended up going in for a consultation! During the consultation, the director carefully assessed a custom implant for me, and I liked that they examined everything thoroughly without overdoing it, from the implant and nasal tip to the nasal bridge line design. Most of all, I think I liked it even more because they only told me exactly what I needed to hear. So I decided to go ahead with surgery haha After surgery, when the splint was removed, it seemed to have improved well in the way I wanted. They also recommended a sturdy implant, so now the implant movement has improved a lot haha My breathing gradually started getting better too, and now it has improved so much that I really don’t have to pay attention to breathing anymore. I should have gotten functional cosmetic rhinoplasty earlier!!
