Even after going around to consult at different clinics, they all say it is not contracture. They say it could be inflammation, and that I should not remove anything yet. But when I open my mouth wide or stretch my philtrum, the columella and philtrum area feel a bit tight. They said this could be scar tissue contraction? so I was wondering what that is.. It has been 5 years since my nose surgery. Maybe I am just more conscious of it lately, but the columella does feel a bit tight.. I do not have symptoms in any other area. If anyone has had an experience like mine, please leave a comment.
