I’m 4 weeks post-op from abdominal surgery and 2 weeks post-op from arm and back surgery, and I have pain, tightness, and lumpiness. Is this okay? Things like bending at the waist or raising my arms hurt a lot, and I had radiofrequency as post-op care, but ever since that one session I keep feeling a tingling/electric sensation? so I can’t do anything... My arms and back at least have a bit of a line showing, but my abdomen looks the same, so I’m so stressed... It feels like the surgery didn’t go well, it keeps hurting, and I’m so stressed that I cry myself to sleep every night.. When I ask the clinic, they say it’s part of the recovery process and that it’s okay, but when will it go away?? I regret having the surgery so much...
