I had nose surgery with septal cartilage + ear cartilage + a custom implant from Director Lee Ji-hwan at Between Plastic Surgery. I was worried I might regret going for a natural look, but the director understood exactly what I wanted and made it rounded and cute. People around me have also been telling me I’ve gotten so much prettier, so my satisfaction is great. The things I liked most were: 1. My protruding mouth improved, so my side-profile insecurity got better 2. I now look pretty even when taking photos with the rear camera Just having the nose come alive a little really changes a lot. Both the surgery and recovery went very cleanly, so I’m really happy. Highly recommend
