I had surgery for my bulbous nose, which had been a lifelong complex, with Director Lee Ji-hwan at ㅂㅌㅇ Plastic Surgery: nasal tip (ear cartilage, septal cartilage) + alar reduction + hump nose surgery~ Since it was a private clinic, I liked it the most among all the places I went to for consultations, and they also took a CT scan and gave me a detailed consultation, so I decided to have surgery there~ I worried a lot because I was told that improvement of a bulbous nose is not very significant without an implant, but I had many concerns about implants, so I chose no implant. Still, it improved a lot, and everyone says it turned out naturally well, so I’m very, very satisfied! I regret not doing it sooner My top priority was improvement from the front view, and I’m happy because I think the front view improved the most!
