What do you think about costal cartilage particles wrapped in fascia? If the fascia gets absorbed, could the costal cartilage particles stick to different areas inside the nose? Would costal cartilage particles made with glue be the same? I was recommended this because my nasal skin is very thin and I said I’m scared of inflammation, but all I see are people advising against it If anyone here has tried it, please share information
