I first went to ㄴㄴ Plastic Surgery for a breast augmentation consultation. I had often seen Director on YouTube, so I wanted to have a consultation with him. When I called, they said I couldn’t book a designated consultation and that I might have to tell the consultant manager. I made a morning appointment and went, but only then did they ask whether I would wait because the director would come after 2 p.m. I had no choice but to consult with another director. I had gone there in the first place to be seen by the head director, but they said I had to make a same-day booking to get the discount, so I only put down a deposit. After thinking about it, I figured that if I wasn’t going to have it done by the head director, I’d rather have it done by the head director at another plastic surgery clinic than go out of my way to do it here, so I requested a refund of the deposit.
