1 year after revision rhinoplasty

Last year, because of revision rhinoplasty, I looked around at various places and researched materials. I didn’t want to have a third surgery, so I considered autologous costal cartilage and had my revision done through this community. First, to give the conclusion, it’s half and half. The shape isn’t bad, but something like a scar has formed, and scar tissue has come up. I also looked into it and asked around, and I think the scar tissue may have formed because my skin tissue is thick and firm. But they said to wait and see until 1 year, and even now there’s still a bit left. They told me to come back in 3 months, but I’m not sure. The scar tissue isn’t extremely large either, so if I get a steroid injection for no reason, the tissue could become more sunken, and they said they could do PRP, but then it might fill in more and actually make it look crooked. When I touch it, because the scar tissue has come up, the indented scar-like feeling looks more severe. It’s not that it isn’t indented at all, though. From the outside, they ask if it really bothers me since they say it’s not noticeable, but honestly, isn’t the reason I had revision surgery because the shape bothered me? If it looks like a scar, of course I don’t like seeing it. And on the inside too, from the first surgery, the stitches didn’t disappear for months, so I asked about it every time I went for a consultation. They said they were dissolvable sutures and asked if they were very uncomfortable. But I’m going to go back to an ENT soon and have it checked with an endoscope, and even when I turn on a light and look with the naked eye, the inside is raised and bumpy. Within 3 months, there usually aren’t many cases where the nasal tip drops because of autologous costal cartilage, so rather than focusing on cost, do a lot of in-person consultations!!!!
