When I read reviews about nasal implant removal, some people say their nasal tip became higher, while others say it drooped more. Why does that happen? The nasal bridge seems to go back to how it was originally, but the nasal tip seems to vary a lot from person to person.. If septal cartilage was used, what do you think it would be like after removal? Does anyone here know?
