It has been 2 weeks since I had double eyelid surgery at TOBE Plastic Surgery. I had the buried suture method and medial epicanthoplasty done together, and although some minor swelling still remains, the major swelling has gone down a lot. Before surgery, I was often told that my eyes looked stuffy, but now my eyes look much more open, and my overall impression has become clearer. Rather than my eyes looking excessively large, they feel naturally widened, so I’m even more satisfied. Now that it has been 2 weeks, I don’t have any major discomfort in daily life, and I can apply light makeup now too. I’m still in the recovery process, so the line still needs to settle a bit more, but every time I look in the mirror, I can feel myself gradually getting prettier, so the waiting time feels enjoyable. I’m looking forward even more to the final result once the swelling completely goes down and the line settles naturally.
