I haven’t had any consultations yet, and I’ve only booked a consultation at the hospital where I originally had the surgery. I thought the surgeon who did the surgery would know best how it was done, so maybe they’d also be good at removing it.. But after looking around this community, I’m wondering if removal should really be done at a hospital that specializes in removal. I didn’t have silicone inserted, but I had osteotomy and functional nose surgery;; they used septal cartilage, and there’s donated rib cartilage and donated dermis in the nasal tip. Compared to before the nose surgery, my nasal tip has drooped more, so it looks longer, and maybe because of the dermis, the nasal tip has also become plumper So I want to remove all the donated rib cartilage and dermis, but if I remove them, will my nasal tip droop even more??
