I'm thinking of getting revision rhinoplasty. Maybe because septal cartilage was used the first time, I feel like the nasal tip is starting to droop too. For the revision, I'm planning to use costal cartilage. Even though I had bulbous nose correction done during my first surgery, I still have some bulbous-nose look left, damn... haha. If I use costal cartilage, it should become firmer, right... When I look for hospitals that handle male costal cartilage well, they all seem like brokers/shills, so I'm leaving a post to get recommendations. ㄹㅂ르, ㄴ트, 431, ㅋㅂ쥬 seem to be places many people go to for revisions, so please share some info.
