I had surgery without an implant: nasal bridge - hump nose correction and osteotomy; nasal tip - donated costal cartilage, ear cartilage, and cartilage suturing. If I remove them, will my nose shape become very different from my original nose? My original nose was long and droopy, so because of the hump correction and osteotomy, will it become even droopier and turn into a bulbous nose?! The septum was not touched. If anyone knows well about removal/reconstruction, please leave a comment.
