16 years ago, I had closed rhinoplasty with L-shaped silicone, but I have signs of contracture, so I’ve been going around for removal consultations. Yesterday I went to a clinic, and they consulted me on removing the silicone and lowering the nasal tip with ear cartilage. They said my nasal septum is deviated, so if I want to improve the crooked nose, the septum also needs to be straightened~~ But they said this is optional.. I don’t want anything inserted, so I’m not planning to put anything in the nasal bridge, but if I raise the nasal tip, could it become crooked again? Would it be better to definitely do the septal deviation surgery this time too?? For reference, I have no problems breathing at all.. Would I regret it if I just lower the nasal tip??
