As I saw in the reviews, the director is cynical. It felt like his own opinion was the most important. Since I wanted it to look natural, he recommended 3 mm. They didn’t take photos of my face with an iPad or anything like that.. There was no consultation fee! The consultation manager was kind. It was interesting that they said they use donated costal cartilage.. When I said I was considering nostril reduction, they told me to think about it after having nose surgery. They said nostril reduction only takes 10 minutes. They also provide ongoing aftercare, so that was good. They said there is free revision surgery within 1 year if I don’t like it.
