When I look at reviews of clinics specializing in removal, there seem to be cases where the nose actually comes down after the adhesions are released... What kind of situation would that be? Especially when the nose looks upturned because of silicone adhesions, it seems to look lower after removal.... If the nose looks upturned after cartilage tying, could it also come down a little after removal + repositioning??
