The staff were a mess with kindness.. when I first went, they didn't even look at me and kept their heads down, so I spoke first. They didn't greet me when I left either. The desk staff were extremely rude, but the doctor assistant staff were very kind, especially the woman who took photos. The doctor was average, but among all the Botox injections I've had so far, this one worked the best, though it left me with one bruise.
