Among the revision rhinoplasty clinics I have consulted with so far, the director's consultation here was the most detailed. They gave a detailed explanation using surgical cases (not review photos). They also explained in detail whether autologous costal cartilage could be used or not. In terms of safety, this place feels the most trustworthy, and they also rotated the facial CT in 3D while looking as closely as possible at the nasal septum and the inside of the nose. Aesthetics seem like they may differ from doctor to doctor, so I am not completely certain yet, but in terms of expertise and safety, it feels very trustworthy.
