I visited for a consultation because I wanted to lower the line, and even during the consultation I said several times that my goal was to lower the line, but instead they kept recommending procedures like canthoplasty or lifting the eyebrows? It felt like the conversation wasn’t really connecting,, The consultation manager also wasn’t kind.
