When I went for the consultation, the director was in surgery, so I had to wait a bit. But when I actually saw them, they looked at everything very carefully and told me that even with a scalp incision, sagging can happen depending on skin elasticity. I had only a vague fantasy that a scalp incision wouldn't sag, but they spoke honestly. They also told me hair loss can happen, so I'm wondering whether I should go through with the surgery.
