They said my nostril wings absolutely weren't large, and that once you touch the alar area, you can never reverse it for the rest of your life, so absolutely!!! no. I also asked about hypertrophic rhinitis surgery together, and they said doing several things at once can raise concerns about side effects, and they used several analogies while saying they did not recommend it. Even though it was an online consultation, the director answered directly, and because they didn't look at it carelessly just because it wasn't face-to-face but assessed it professionally, I was a bit touched...
The estimated price they mentioned was roughly nasal bridge + short nose + nasal tip = around 2.8 to 3.0 million
