I have a hump nose + deviated nose, and at other clinics they said they could just use ear cartilage and septal cartilage and shave down the hump, but here they said donor costal cartilage would also be needed. They said if there is no donor costal cartilage, they can’t build it up well, and that my septal cartilage is also short, so it would be insufficient. They said that to make the nose smooth, silicone would be needed, so I said I don’t want to use silicone. They said there is a limit to how much a hump nose can be shaved down, so in my case a natural-looking nose is not possible, and it would look like I had surgery. I don’t want to use donor costal cartilage, so I don’t think I’ll go here, but they did take a CT and explained things in a lot of detail.
