I had my nose redone, and I’m confused because it feels like it might be too high, but also maybe not.... I was only nervous until just before anesthesia started, and after that it was fine. There was no pain either, and it was uncomfortable while the cotton packing was in, but once it was removed, it was okay. But I heard some hospitals keep the cotton packing in for more than two days, and I don’t think I could do that... Does it take about a month for the swelling to roughly go down? Still, I don’t think the overall shape will change that much. Nose surgery itself is not that difficult, but sleeping and the discomfort are the hardest parts. I hope people having their first surgery get good results in one go and do not have to go through a hard time.
