I successfully transformed perfectly from a straight nose to a straight semi-upturned nose through nose surgery. Before, my nose was short and straight, so it gave off a very strong masculine feel, but after getting surgery to make it a straight semi-upturned shape, my face is just feminine itself lol People around me also say my face after surgery looks much better, and people seeing me for the first time don’t even know I had surgery. I think the key point of my nose surgery is that it became naturally higher and more defined without looking obviously operated on!! Most of the major swelling has gone down, and now I think it just needs to settle well as the minor swelling goes down. My nose was always the part I disliked most my whole life, but now when I look in the mirror, my nose is the first thing I notice, and I’ve become very, very confident in my side profile too. I haven’t had other surgeries, so I don’t know, but I think satisfaction with nose surgery is really high.
