I’ve had consultations at various places and decided on a clinic, but I’m debating whether to do only alar base reduction or also add cartilage tying + ear cartilage grafting. I originally planned to do only cartilage tying, but they said that in my case, cartilage tying alone would have almost no effect and that I’d need to add ear cartilage too..... Please give me some advice
