The scarring from double-line removal is driving me crazy (if anyone had scars that improved, please comment)

The manager says the scars will settle after 3-6 months, but will they really settle? There are areas where the bumpy scars are raised a lot, and when I look at the eye on the side with severe scarring, should I say the skin tissue itself looks sunken, like a wrinkled, caved-in feeling?
