I’m copying over how I felt at the time from my notes..
Day 1 Took medicine, slept sitting up, took medicine, ate, slept sitting up.. When sleeping sitting up, my butt hurting was the most uncomfortable and painful part As for pain, unless I was straining, it really didn’t hurt much! Other than my nipples feeling tingly, I didn’t feel like the incision sites hurt or anything... Am I pain-free or what...
Day 2 My friend came over, so we ate Yupdduk and Bburinkle hehe On the morning of day 2, my upper breasts suddenly started hurting!! I think this was the most uncomfortable and painful time..? But it still wasn’t extremely painful, and I think it was because I slept in a Bodyfriend massage chair, and without realizing it, I must have tensed up while sleeping. I took painkillers and even walked my dogs~
Day 3 Took medicine and rested, then went out to eat with my older sister hehe We ate wood-fired pizza and ragu pasta, and while my sister was shopping for wine, I walked around a little by myself to help reduce swelling! Because I was holding my phone while talking on the phone, my armpit area felt a bit tight. If I walk a lot, the cleavage area feels a bit tight too. Still, after coming home, I walked the dogs again~ If I walk around a little slowly, it’s manageable!
Day 4 On day 4, I could finally take off the L-shaped band This band? tape was so itchy, stinging, and uncomfortable.. After taking it off, the areas that had been compressed and pressed down were so itchy I took the boob briefly off, let it air out, then put it back on.. Then I had plans so I went out, and as long as I didn’t walk fast, it was manageable!! The compression band and boob are a bit suffocating, but still, there isn’t much pain! The compression band feels really suffocating.. From this day on, I could lift my arms. Not fully straight up, though??? Instead of clothes with buttons, I just slightly lifted my arms and changed into a regular T-shirt hehe
Oh, since the surgery, I couldn’t poop... I’m someone who poops once a day, but maybe because of the antibiotics, even though I felt like I had to poop, it just would not come out... It was the worst pain of my life.. I kept taking probiotics and somehow managed to empty out.. But maybe I ate too much again, because I felt bloated and gurgly... Let’s eat while waiting moderately.. lolololol I think pooping was the hardest part All I wanted was for one week to pass quickly so I could go get care
