A review I’m writing a little over 3 months after surgery First of all, I’m not sure if my swelling goes down slowly or if it’s because I have a lot of cheek fat, but it still doesn’t look completely natural yet. The sinus area that was irrigated, the deep cheek area, and the chin tip are still a bit swollen, and I think about 40% of sensation has come back? For mouth opening, they said that when receiving dental treatment, it should open wide enough for 3 stacked fingers to fit all the way in, but right now, I can barely fit up to the first knuckle of 3 fingers. Still, when I look at the areas without swelling, the lines definitely look softer, and my friends and people around me said the surgery turned out well. It wasn’t a small surgery, and I also developed inflammation, so it could have been really emotionally difficult, but the hospital kindly treated me until I fully recovered, so I was able to pull myself together. Now I just have to wait for all the swelling to go down.
