Reason for choosing the hospital: First, I visited about 4 places for consultations. Through 3D fitting nose simulation, he showed me how a face like this should have the nose raised, so I trusted him. Other hospitals actually told me to choose a nose shape, but Director Noh made a recommendation with certainty about my face, so I decided to go with him.
Surgery process/pain: I'm really timid and scared, the type who can't even get ear piercings or tattoos, but as soon as I got the anesthetic injection, I passed out lol The nurses weren't extremely kind or reassuring, but they looked professional, so I felt at ease.
Surgery recovery process: Nose - I had osteotomy + ear cartilage used for the nasal tip + 3.5 mm silicone. There was definitely a throbbing sensation where the osteotomy was done, but the pain wasn't severe. It felt stuffy because my nose was blocked.. Forehead - Because it was all wrapped in bandages, there was a strong stuffy feeling, and overall it felt heavy and dazed. I recommend using the motion sickness patch that goes behind the ear!
Reactions from acquaintances after surgery, satisfaction: First, I don't tend to swell much. The doctors even said I really don't swell much and that I have a constitution suited for surgery, so please read this with that in mind! Acquaintances who didn't know I had plastic surgery didn't realize I had had surgery lol They only asked things like whether I lost a lot of weight, whether my makeup method changed, or whether I got facial contour massage, etc. Because my nasal tip is small, I could only put in 3.5 mm silicone, but I think it became very natural and defined. Also, Director Noh immediately noticed that my midface was long and designed it in 3D accordingly, so my midface looks shorter, and I'm so happy... And after crying, my eyes used to swell so much they almost disappeared, but after the lift, space was created to the point that my eyes don't swell even if I cry!
One-month pain and review: Now the pain and discomfort have mostly settled. However, the enormous foreign material inside my nose feels a bit stuffy, and my forehead tingles! (They said this is because the nerves are coming back.)
However, the staff were not especially kind, and the aftercare service was not better than other plastic surgery clinics. They weren't good at giving injections, so I got a rash and bruised all over, but they didn't really respond much, and I didn't really feel well taken care of
