On January 6, I had implant-free nasal tip surgery at Glovi Plastic Surgery, lowering the columella using septal cartilage and ear cartilage. The nasal packing was removed the day after surgery, and after dressing, the stitches were removed one week later. The swelling was greatest around the septal area, but now, 2 weeks later, it has gone down a lot. There is still swelling in the frontal view, so I think it will gradually improve. I’m satisfied because the side profile came out as pretty as I had hoped. I didn’t bruise much! I’m attaching before-and-after photos.
