I originally did have double eyelids, but the double eyelid line overlapped with extra creases and made my eyes look stuffy, so I ended up getting eye surgery. It was my first cosmetic surgery in my life, so I was really worried... I think I searched quite a lot on apps, YouTube, Instagram, and so on. When I narrowed it down to places whose reviews I liked, the place that overlapped the most was PR Plastic Surgery. Maybe because this place is famous as an eye-specialized clinic, there was a bit of a wait even for the consultation with the director... Still, I think the consultation was pretty good. The director even asked me if there was anything else I was curious about, so I liked that. I ended up getting natural adhesion double eyelid surgery plus lateral canthoplasty and lower canthoplasty. The consultant explained to me that conjunctival edema can happen after canthoplasty, but wow, it was really no joke lol The swelling puffed up so much that I was shocked, but the clinic took care of it, so I could at least feel reassured. After some time passed and it went away, I’m really happy that my eyes became so big and round lol I like the line too, but I think the canthoplasty also played a big role in changing my overall impression. It seems to be settling in better and better, so I’m going to keep watching it. Luckily, I feel like my double eyelid surgery and canthoplasty both succeeded in one go, so I’m secretly feeling proud.
